Equity Initiative, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) youth development organization committed to empowering young people with the skills, resources, and support needed to succeed academically, socially, and personally. We believe every young person deserves access to positive relationships, meaningful opportunities, and a supportive environment where they can learn, grow, and thrive.

Through our after-school programming, we provide youth with opportunities to develop essential skills, strengthen academic success, and build confidence through hands-on experiences and mentorship.

To participate in our after-school programming, complete the enrollment form. Once submitted, our admissions team will review your application and send a confirmation email with next steps. Due to enrollment capacity and availability, students must receive confirmation before attending programming.
