Equity Initiative, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) youth development after-school organization that is dedicated to preparing young people for the world and changing the course of their lives. Five ways we do this are: offering FREE groups and workshops on Life Skills Development, encouraging Social and Emotional Learning, providing Entrepreneurial Exposure, arranging Media Arts engagement, and supplying FREE tutoring to middle school and high school-age students! We do it all at our exclusive location, The Activity Lounge (1608 E. Waterman St. 67211).

Equity Initiative, Inc. is a community-based and school-based organization. All of our school-based services occur at schools during school hours. All of our community-based services occur after school Monday - Thursday 6:30pm - 9:00pm at The Activity Lounge; please click the Activity Calendar tab to see our monthly calendar.
